What You’ll Do
You’ll identify, compile, analyze, and document requirements that reflect real business needs, working alongside senior project managers to define project plans. Part of the role involves automating BAU (business-as-usual) processes using tools like SharePoint, Python, C++, or Java, plus maintaining project artifacts and documenting lessons learned as you go. You’ll coordinate implementation with the SaaS upgrade and technical onboarding teams, plan and track infrastructure deployment for SaaS solutions in new regions, and work with SQL and VBA alongside technical support teams to consolidate artifacts that meet SDLC standards. This blend of project management and hands-on technical work gives you exposure well beyond a typical PMO internship.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Technology or a Business-related field
- Good techno-functional knowledge — ability to draft or create technical script documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Project management skills — ability to manage multiple small/medium-scale tasks and projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools like Visio
- An energetic, driven, team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently
Good to have: understanding of fund management or front-office terminology and operations; JIRA or Confluence certification.
