What You’ll Do
You’ll work on IT support tickets, resolving incidents and requests within defined service level agreements. Responsibilities include PC and device lifecycle management — provisioning, asset management, and disposal — along with deployment, configuration, and support of hardware and software for end users. You’ll also support new hire onboarding by ensuring assets are ready and allocated, follow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and get exposure to troubleshooting larger IT issues under supervision, with opportunities to identify and suggest improvements along the way.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree — BTech, BCA, or BSc
- 0–2 years of IT experience
- Working knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
- Basic hardware knowledge — PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and PC peripherals
- Basic understanding of networks, wireless networks, servers, storage, and video conferencing solutions
- Ability to adapt and learn across varied technology environments
