Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Any Graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or QA Tester in a data analytics environment, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Experience writing detailed and precise X-ray test cases.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and statistical analysis in healthcare and pharma.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical issues clearly.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability meet specified requirements.
- Develop and implement automated test scripts for regression testing and continuous integration purposes.
- Create detailed, clear, and comprehensive X-ray test cases to validate software functionality and performance against user requirements.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to identify test requirements and resolve issues.
- Document test results, track defects, and report findings to facilitate timely resolution.
- Maintain testing environments and ensure all testing activities adhere to regulatory standards, especially GMP guidelines in healthcare and pharmaceutical domains.
- Participate in the design and improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge and Skills
- ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.
- Experience with testing data analytics or business intelligence products.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
