What You’ll Do
The role varies depending on which track you’re placed into. System Engineers focus on application development, testing, and maintenance for client projects. Specialist Programmers work on advanced coding, full-stack development, and DevOps. Digital Specialist Engineers work on AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Science projects. Across all tracks, you’ll apply Java, Python, C++, and core data structures & algorithms to solve real problems, working closely with project teams — and you’ll go through structured training and certification at Infosys’s Global Education Center in Mysuru before starting live project work.
Eligibility
- BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA, or MSc
- 2024, 2025, or 2026 batch graduates
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout Class 10th, 12th, and graduation
- No active backlogs at the time of selection
- Working knowledge of Java, Python, or C++, along with DSA, DBMS, and Operating Systems fundamentals
Selection Process
The drive typically runs through three rounds: an online test covering aptitude, reasoning, and coding (DSA); a technical interview on programming, DBMS, OS, and your projects; and a final HR round assessing communication and cultural fit.
