What You’ll Do
You’ll write clean, efficient code to build and improve software solutions, translating technical specifications into working features and contributing across the full cycle — requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Expect to debug and troubleshoot issues for system stability, collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers for smooth integration, and maintain clear documentation for the systems you build. You’ll work within an Agile team structure alongside a Product Owner, QA, and Scrum Master internally, and coordinate with an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and DevOps externally.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language — Java, Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
- Understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- 0–3 years of experience in software development
Good to have: certifications such as Google ACE (Associate Cloud Engineer) or AWS Certified Developer.
