Offers clients phone support or chat support as needed
Carries out authorized maintenance tasks, such as patching and configuration adjustments.
Complies with the necessary handover protocols for shift changes in order to maintain service continuity.
As required, reports and escalates situations
Makes certain that requests and situations are resolved completely and effectively
Finds chances for work optimization proactively
