What You’ll Do
You’ll design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable cloud-based data, analytics, automation, and tooling solutions using modern data platforms and cloud services. A core part of the role involves integrating AI capabilities — Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and ML models — to enhance system intelligence and user productivity. You’ll own your solutions end-to-end, from design through implementation and operations, implement monitoring and alerting for proactive issue detection, and use telemetry and usage analytics to understand customer behavior and inform product decisions. Expect close collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and other engineers to deliver integrated, customer-focused experiences.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or C++
- Business fluency in English (read, write, speak)
- Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals, tools (Azure ML, OpenAI), or data analytics workflows
- Understanding of version control systems (Git) and DevOps practices
- Genuine curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving real-world customer problems
Good to have: prior experience using agentic plugins, agents, skills, or hooks; ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies; experience with or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes.
