What You’ll Do
The ISOL Trainee role is distinctive because it rotates you through different teams within Magna IT’s ISOL sub tower — including various SAP teams, Data Interchange & Development (EDI), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) teams. Your responsibilities include administering, supporting, and maintaining business applications operated by ISOL sub tower teams, providing 1st and 2nd level user support, analyzing malfunctions and troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with 3rd level support for problem management. You’ll also manage ticket queues based on impact analysis, administer master data, prepare and maintain technical documentation, and support application testing and user management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related IT field
- New graduates are explicitly encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of ERP tools — SAP knowledge is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; familiarity with incident support and application development lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
Good to have: proficiency in German, Mandarin, or Spanish.
