Job Responsibilities:-
- Preparation of non-technical business communications and basic presentations; from a layout and a content perspective.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, adherence to style guides, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Input and update data in documents or databases accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, compile, and organize information for creating or updating documents.
- Provide excellent support, addressing document-related inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide assistance with project-based work; be able to work independently in support of a project lead.
- Organize, coordinate, and prepare internal and external (virtual) meetings and events.
- Perform other administrative work as required; this may include handling incoming and outgoing email and other correspondence, managing the agenda and arranging travel, inputting timesheets and expenses, and filing documents on the internal database.
