What You’ll Do
As an AI Solutions Analyst, you’ll operate as a key business partner on the front line — deeply understanding customer processes, capturing workflow requirements, and translating them into precise, high-quality AI workflows using Zamp’s code generation platform. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to unpack real operational challenges and formalize problem statements, taking end-to-end ownership of workflows from design through testing to production rollout and performance monitoring. You’ll also serve as the critical link between business teams and product/engineering, and track business impact by monitoring KPIs and communicating value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, in business/analyst roles or equivalent
- Strong academic foundation — candidates from top-tier institutes (IITs and other premier colleges) preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in basic programming (Python, JavaScript) and a passion for building solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to workflow or process modeling
- An initiative and ownership mindset — comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical language
