What You’ll Do

This is a Service Desk role, so you’ll be the first point of contact for end-users reporting IT issues — logging, tracking, and resolving tickets within defined SLAs. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software problems to minimize downtime, work with internal IT teams to escalate complex issues, and help build knowledge base articles so future issues get resolved faster. It’s a client-facing, communication-heavy role rather than a pure coding one, and you’ll be expected to work in shifts from a Cognizant office.

Eligibility

• Graduating in 2025 or 2026 from any three-year UG degree — BCom, BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, B.Voc, BMS, and similar are all eligible
• Students currently enrolled in full-time postgraduate courses are not eligible
• Minimum 50% consistently across X, XII, Diploma, and UG (49.9% rounding not accepted)
• No standing arrears/backlogs at the time of application or joining
• Willingness to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing
• Indian nationals/OCIs currently residing in India
